1. Delivery Coverage (Zones)

We provide domestic shipping within Singapore via Ninja Van.

⚠️Restricted Zones: We cannot deliver to offshore islands, military bases, airbases, shipyards, or secure/non-addressable locations. Please check the Ninja Van Restricted Delivery Zones before ordering.

2. Operating Days & Order Processing

Our business operates on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding Singapore Public Holidays.

Before 2:00 PM (Working Day): Processed and scheduled for courier pickup the next working day.
After 2:00 PM / Weekends / Public Holidays: Processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Schedule

Timeframe: Delivery typically takes up to 3 working days once collected by the courier.

Please note: We are unable to guarantee or arrange specific time slots for delivery, as delivery schedules depend entirely on the courier’s daily routing and volume.

4. Delivery Tracking

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID once your parcel is picked up. Track your order via the Ninja Van Domestic Parcel Tracking page.

5. Re-delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate during checkout to prevent any delivery failures. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
