We want you to love your AuNude pieces! If something isn't quite right, we are here to help make it better.

1. Warranty

Our machine-type diffusers come with a one-year warranty starting from your date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, and AuNude reserves the right to either repair or replace the affected unit.

What is Covered:

Electronic or functional failures within the diffuser base or power adapter.
Manufacturing defects

What is NOT Covered:

Incorrect Oil Usage: Damage caused by using anything other than 100% pure essential oils (for nebulisers).
Accidental Damage & Negligence: Broken glass, scratches, stains, or internal oil leakage caused by handling.
Unauthorised Repairs: Malfunctions resulting from disassembling, modifying, or repairing the device yourself.
Wear and tear.

2. Defective Items
If the item received is defective upon arrival, it will be eligible for an exchange upon inspection.

To be eligible, all items must be unopened or unused where applicable, and come intact with its original packaging.

3. Submitting a claim

Please reach out to aunude.richtrees@gmail.com within the following period:

For defective items upon arrival: Within 7 days from the date you received your parcel
Warranty claims: Within 1 year from date of purchase

Provide the following details:

Order Information: Your order number, name and the email address used to place the order.
Product Proof: Clear photos or a short video showing the defect.

Once your claim is reviewed and confirmed, our team will arrange for a repair/replacement at no additional cost.
