1. Order Processing

Our team operates on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding Singapore Public Holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days:

  • Order before 2PM (Working Day): Scheduled for courier pickup the next working day.
  • Order AFTER 2PM / Weekends / Public Holidays: Processed on the following working day.

📦 Peak Season Notice: During holidays or high-volume seasonal periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience as we work hard to get your order to you ASAP!

 

2. Delivery
We provide domestic delivery within Singapore via Ninja Van.

Delivery typically takes up to 3 working days once collected by the courier.


⚠️Restricted Zones: We do not deliver to military bases, airbases, shipyards, offshore islands, or secure zones. Please check the Ninja Van Restricted Delivery Zones page before ordering.

 

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are shown upon checkout. We offer FREE local shipping for orders above $50!

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once the courier picks up your parcel, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID. You can track your order in real-time via the Ninja Van Domestic Parcel Tracking page.

 

5. Re-Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout to prevent delivery failures. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
